    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -White chocolate grated 300g
    -Coconut oil 2 tbs
    -Mango puree approx. 1 Cup
    -Sugar 2 tbs
    -Bread slices 2
    -Olper’s Milk powder 1 Cup
    -Sugar 6 tbs
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
    -Mixed nuts chopped 3-4 tbs
    -Olper’s Milk 1 litre
    -Mango essence ½ tsp
    -Chocolate melted
    Directions:
    -In a jug,add white chocolate,coconut oil & microwave for 1 minute then mix well until chocolate melts.
    -Pour melted white chocolate in plastic disposable cups/Kulfi molds & tilt the cup to spread inside evenly then remove excess & let it set in refrigerator for 15 minutes then repeat chocolate coating,remove excess & refrigerate until set.
    -In a saucepan,add pureed mango,sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
    -In a blender jug,add bread slices,milk powder,sugar,cardamom powder,mixed nuts,milk & blend well.
    -In a wok,add blended mixture & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame until it thickens (12-15 minutes) & mix continuously.
    -Add cooked mango puree,mix well & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
    -Add mango essence & mix well.
    -Let it cool while stirring at room temperature.
    -Pout kulfi mixture in prepared kulfi chocolate molds,cover with aluminum foil,insert kulfi stick & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer (makes 8).
    -Drizzle melted chocolate,carefully remove kulfi from cup/molds,drizzle with melted chocolate & serve!

    Ajza:

    Directions:
    -Jug mein white chocolate aur coconut oil dal ker 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir chocolate melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Plastic cups/kulfi molds mein melted white chocolate dal dein aur cup ko tilt ker ka evenly pheela lein, excess ko remove ler lein aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerator mein set hunay kliya rakh dein phir chocolate coating ko repeat karein aur excess ko remove ker ka set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
    -Saucepan mein mango puree aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Blender jug mein bread slices,milk powder,cheeni,elaichi powder,mixed nuts aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
    -Karahi mein blended mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) & musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
    -Cooked mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Mango essence dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Chamcha chalatay hoye room temperature per thanda ker lein,
    -Tayyar kulfi chocolate molds mein kulfi mixture dal dein,aluminum foil sa cover karein aur kulfi sticks insert ker lein aur 8 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein (makes 8).
    -Melted chocolate drizzle karein aur kulfi ko carefully cup/molds sa nikal lein aur melted chocolate drizzle ker ka serve karein!
