I just see this as a series about living in the internet. The evil antagonist made his own website, being an evil wizard using his wizard level programming to make virus curses and such in the form of magic.

Should get some nij level 3 material if you did it right. Hard plate too so it should work well against knives, but it is now flammable due to the epoxy
