Tesa is the European version, the version in America would be the the command ones. But I don't know if they would have a strong hold on a popcorn ceiling.

command tape doesn't adhere to popcorn ceilings or uneven surfaces so I wouldn't expect this product to do so either

don't buy this product because it is a piece of junk it is better to buy something better
than this on the afther side you read it is strong can take it 5kg ? i hanging just some
framework on my wall the weight of the frame was not 5kg it weight almost nothing
it is because we most not drill an hol in or walls so a buy this thing afther a time the frame falling from my wall the say it is easy to remove ? it take it of the wall for some other thing what happening the paint come from the wall. i use other thing from this product an it just the same. so don't buy it because if you have a frame with pictures from you family or something an you will hanging it on the wall an you use this it will hanging not long on you wall it will fall en broken if you use this thing. take some other thing from another product
