I discovered this movie literally five mintues ago and let me tell you, the amount of confusion and bewilderment I felt when stumbling upon this cannot be described. I could find literally nothing on this movie, no Wikipedia article, no reviews, just a very vague plot summary from IMDb that only served to add to my curiosity.
I have no idea what to expect from this movie, all I can tell if that it looks like any other generic kids movie from the 90s with a plot and concept so out there that you feel insane watching it.
Edit: Just started watching it and who the hell gave Sherlock a Scottish accent. Who allowed this. And wy does he have an eyepatch. I'm six minutes in and I'm already losing my mind.

I'm 17 now and watched this when I was like younger than 10. For some reason it just randomly popped up in my head so I looked it up.
Holy shit, the same thing has been happening to me for years. I kept having dreams about this movie for the past 25 years but couldn't remember the name nor could describe it well enough to find it.
Eu sou brasileira, e vi esse filme quando tinha uns 6 anos, meu pai comprou um dvd. Isso já faz 14 anos. Adoro quando o cachorro começa a cantar no barco. Dublagem brasileira, é um espetáculo.

Poor volume - too many ads
It’s a master piece, of course there’s gonna be ads
So what was a pizza box doing in a hidden room with a chair and they call themselves police officers I would say they need to go back to police school and get retrained if that is the best those two can do. I know it is for the story but still, they could have removed the chair and pizza box so it would look like a storage room.
