I normally dont comment on youtube videos and stuff but you inspired me by telling us what you struggle with. Well, i actually struggle with smoking weed. Its something that i used to be on and off with but as off recently like the past year its just been a routine for me that i really have been struggling to stop. Was going down to the comments to say the exact same thing. You’re not alone, and sadly lots of people don’t even realize how addictive weed can really be since it’s not physically addictive like nicotine or alcohol. Everyone is genetically wired to be hooked to something and unfortunately for you and me it happened to be weed, all we can do is try our best to be better than the substances and not let them control our actions. We must determine our own destiny.
I was addicted to weed for 5 years. I'm sober now since a couple of months. It's really worth it!! But if you really want to quit you gotta identify the underlying reasons why you consume and work through those feelings. Good luck!

@ItsManu001 bro I play 2.6. Elixir management? Lmao. You can defend almost any push with all 1 elixir cards it’s ridiculously easy to play. You can pretty much always way overcommit on offense and there’s nothing your opponent can do unless it’s an absolutely ridiculous hard counter.

But you can literally go ice golem hog at the bridge over and over again while fireballing absolutely nothing and get away with it in 99% of matchups. That is not skillful. No deck should be able to work like that.

Ian with the conventional deadlifts lesss gooo I wouldn’t mind seeing more videos on that but I also workout mostly I do sumo but conventional I had to do for my last block 😂
I was a power lifter with a 512lbs squat, 485lbs deadlift, and 297 bench but had to quit altogether when I got kicked out by my parents and had to start working as mail carrier. Now I work 12 hour shifts 5-6 days a week and have no energy left to workout RIP
Be careful with dead lifts. I was dead lifting close to 700 lbs before I herniated a disc in my lumbar. I don't think it's worth it unless you're competing in bodybuilding
Glad you switched to conventional deadlift i used to to sumo about a year ago (150kg pr) and I injured my knee either way sumos are risky. Currently on mike mentzer heavy duty program and it’s fantastic whatever program you are using make sure to warm up properly and stay away from injuries cuz they destroy your gains especially if you are an ectomorph like me

I kinda lost motivation to work out, used to go to the gym 5x a week and do running, now I go like maybe once a week and do running. Kinda lost motivation when my study started

I literally just put 10kg worth of like textbooks and papers and just random stuff and I just use that for my workout, I curl the bag do some weighted push ups weighted pull ups squat jumps all from the comfort of home. I don’t go gym because I tried it for a month and didn’t really like it I prefer doing body weight skills such as handstand push ups love your content Ian ❤
On one hand it could be tough from being sore but on the other you don't actually get super sore once you've been working out for a while unless you often switch up the movements you do. Working out could also improve your strength for your job overtime. If you ever do end up making some time for it, i feel like even a very quick workout 3 or 4 days a week could make a big difference

I work in construction. So getting motivated to work out before or after is rough. Plus being sore from working out is brutal for work.

i work out about 4 days a week! i’ve been focused on benching 225 by the end of the year, at 220 right now. next year i’ll push for 315 squat
