Yeah there s a whole science to calm them down. Like bodybuilders who are sizing down after their stage career, they still have to do a lot of cycling so that they dont go from 100 to zero

As much as I support Alaphilippe, WvA and Progačar are on a different class when it comes to GC riding, and the support they get from their team is just phenomenal. It's a bit like Lewis Hamilton and a dominant car, and you become untouchable.
