I think what I’ve always been curious is what did you personally start with when you started your Journey 3 years ago, I’ve been watching you since the beginning. Ie did you start with 2000 and ran it up since then?
@@cactuarnoob100 I had around $1200 to my name. Busted that, borrowed $2K against my credit card, won a $5K jackpot, been sunrunning ever since. But yes I was broke at the start, even borrowed $300 from Megan at one point. Tough times
What did you use to study to see major breakthroughs in your game? Do you use tools such as PIO? Keep crushing, peace and love.

I briefly got into watching YT poker vlogs almost exactly 3 years ago...with Brad Owen and Neeme being the first two, naturally. I lost interest in poker for a bit, but when it came back around in winter 2019...I began to look around at more quality vlogs. Yours was the 3rd on my subscriptions, after Brad and Neeme. I love how every vlogger has a unique perspective, play style, and presentation...yours is no exception. Cheers to 100 more indeed, and thanks for the inspiration.

What a Christmas gift, having a session like that to help out the year end bottom line. Always enjoy hearing your thoughts into the hands and you thoughts into other players tendencies that your facing. I think this is the part that alot of people trying g to play poker just don't understand. I'm a low stakes recreational player, who enjoys the game, and happy to grind out a normal 2-400 profit for a session. I also know that most low stakes players don't normally always think the same way, so each player's tendencies can weigh more into how they play.
I'm surprised that a casino out in the middle of the desert can get a game that big to run. I guess I just don't understand the geographical area, and it runs only on the weekend?
I also enjoyed the little bio at the end, keep up the great vlogs, avoid any major punts, and have a safe, happy holidays.

My whole life, I had always wanted to play Poker. About a year ago, I finally got to try it at a 1/2 limit table at Morongo =)
I had no clue what I was doing, I had no idea what a limit table was, or how the rules of the game worked. But I was so happy to finally get to try Poker at a real table. I remember being so stressed because I kept winning and I didn't know how to handle the waves of chips coming my way lol. Awesome to see some Morongo Poker in the vlog 😎

It's imprssive how his poker knowledge/ability has grown over the past 3 years. The only leak I see is that he sometimes calls too much. I'm guilty of that myself sometimes too. I really love how no matter the stakes he almost always 3 bets instead of calling when out of position. I hope to incorporate more of this in my own game instead of taking more passive, low variance lines, and playing fit or fold. Rampage plays this way but doesn't play as good as Mariano postflop. This shows up in Rampage's vlog as punts in cash games. I do think his somewhat blind aggression is what has helped him with big tournament scores where people fold more. Mariano has the game to crush tournaments too, if he chooses to.

Now, you've just gotta tackle a few more tournaments, (adjusting your play to fit tourney style as you go), and master a few other games. I know a lot of starters in the world of poker consider the word 'poker' as synonymous with Hold'Em, but for any true poker player to be considered well- rounded, one has to gain seasoning in ALL forms of poker. . . if you feel like it, man ;^)
