Thanks for this. Being a relative new guy to these radios I often find them complicated to understand. My radio arrived in UK yesterday so it'll take a while to get a hang of it. FM is excellent, especially BBC Radio 3.
Gilles, I still think that the Sihuadon D-808 is still a high quality Dxer but this new Qodosen D-286 for a starting price of around $70.00 makes the DX-286 a TOP TIER DXer indeed! Thanks for LW instructions...
I have the d808 and it's not a bad radio but the biggest issue is that it depletes the battery very quickly when not using it. Like in 1 or 2 weeks. None of my other dozens of radios have this issue.
I have this radio and the instructions at times are confusing. Maybe a future video on how to get to some of the other settings and your fav settings. Thanks for the info.

You can increase the sensitivity of scans and the radio will really find and store pretty much everything that exists.
Try using the telescopic with the amp on and see/hear the difference.
How is MW on this radio?
