Agreed, I've used an Offroam mount on my Tacoma 2016. It was mounted with machined aluminum bracket in the vent and was very sturdy. Unfortunately didn't have a Silverado mount but lately they told me it should be available towards spring. Mine is very sturdy now with the printed attachment. Yep, lots of movement with every small bump in the road. Did not expect that. Disappointed as I spent $150 for the mount system

I have the same mount in my 2023 2500 Silverado and mine does not move like that at all.....
Great - Maybe it's different for the 2500 or they changed something.
Do you not recommend it?
Not really if you are not ok with making mods.
