I am 72., also a good judge of character. On a scale of 1 to 10, CMR registers at a lowly 1. And I am going easy on him. I have heard him speaking w/his pals. He does not think very much. Of women. The child easily registers at 9.5. . Did her teachers not say before she complained to them, that they saw that something was bothering her? She was not the outstanding student they knew her to be. So, if she were being dishonest, they would not have noticed her acting other than her normal self. The court may find him not guilty. Then I would realize the family pressured her.
If they drop the case against him and no charges press against him he will go free and that what happen remember the child is under age so the police have to go through the mother
He may have paid her more attention so she didn’t feel left out because she is not his child and the person he is didn’t want her to feel away. My elder sister is not my Dads child and no one would believe she wasn’t he always put her first and treated her like his own. She was my mum’s first before she met my dad and as far as he was concerned she was his child he bought her up from the age of 1.
The case is thrown out he is now a free man they didn't have any evidence. If he goes back to that house that house will never be the same because of the accusation
