In defense of the long explicative answers given by Ms Daniels; people who've been Traumatized and/or have PTSD/CPTSD, wil very often over explain what happened to them. When asked to recount something they will tend to hemorrhage verbally and go off track, giving more information than asked for. Trauma brain behavior is very common in abused or traumatized people.

Did she allege she was traumatized or suffered from PTSD? Did she offer a clinical diagnosis or expert opinion to support that fact?

Falsifying business records to the sum of $130,000, OK what would be the consequences of a guilty plea? $130K seems trivial when one considers the massive costs of the whole court case and everything else associated with it.
What would have been the consequences if he had just admitted it and dealt with it, instead of this futile denial of it all, a pathetic cover-up that didn't work?
One could argue that his attorneys should be ready for absolutely any witness...it's ridiculous, and he's going to appeal based mainly on ineffective assistance of counsel. Also, what's wrong with her hating him? Why shouldn't she? Everything that happened, scared her, for her and for her child, ruined her marriage, and just totally upended her life while he just went on as President. I think it's fair that she doesn't care for him. I think she shouldn't be expected to say, I have zero feelings about him either way...that's crazy.
Also, ANY OTHER defendant would be in jail for contempt, over, and over, and over. The Judge literally said he didn't want to do it because of who he was. That is the OPPOSITE of an actual witch hunt or crooked judge. I think he's displayed his want to be as accommodating as possible.
