  • Harihara Betta: Your Next Weekend Adventure Near Bangalore!
Hey guys, looking for a quick and easy escape from the city? Check out Harihara Betta - it's this awesome twin-peaked hill just off the Bangalore-Hyderabad highway in Karnataka. You can totally spot it from the road, so it's super easy to find.
Trust me, this place is a hidden gem! You'll find this amazing isolated temple, and the trails are totally untouched, like you're the first one to discover them. Plus, there's this huge flat area at the top where you can just chill and take in the insane views. Seriously, you can see Nandi Hills, Skandagiri, and the whole Chikkaballapur area from up there. It's breathtaking!
This trek is also known as Kaurava Kunda, and it's perfect for everyone - families, friends, coworkers, you name it! If you're in good shape, you can probably do it in a couple of hours, but if you want to take it slow and enjoy the scenery, you can easily spend half a day exploring.
Getting there is a piece of cake. Just head towards Chikkaballapur, and you can hop on a bus, grab a taxi, or even drive yourself. Oh, and one more thing - try to avoid going during the hottest months. You'll have a way better time if you go when it's a bit cooler.
So, what are you waiting for? Harihara Betta is calling your name! It's the perfect little adventure to recharge and reconnect with nature.

I was on this trek lead by Anusha, Nitesh, Gayatri and Team. It is a beautiful trek. The views from the top are breathtaking. We had folks in the age range of 03 years to 76 years! all enjoyed. Take water and treking pole and wear good shoes with strong grip.
