How many years do you think before the Outter Loop becomes 8 lanes?

I talked with the developers for Parks at Wilson Creek and they’re saying that in 2-3 years from now it will be a 2 lane. In 5 years from now, it’s gonna have a potential service road and in 8-10 years from now it will be a full built out highway between 6-8 lanes.
