This is a difficult question and depends totally on your needs. The FX3 works well with a Sony ecosystem, has a full-frame sensor, no viewfinder and multiple mounting points for accessories such as monitors. The GH7 has a micro four thirds sensor, is feature packed, works well within a Panasonic ecosystem, has a viewfinder and strong stabilisation. Although in a lot of instances both of the cameras would offer similar quality and recording capabilities, there are also a lot of ways in which they differ and therefore, what they are able to capture differs. This is most noticeable with extremes, e.g extremely long recording times, high frame rates for slow motion, capabilities in low light etc. If you have a use case, I'm happy to give more specific details, but I hope this initial overview helps you to narrow down what it is you're after.
