You can tell it's a beginner class because they usually repeat moves in the 8 count. You see how she repeats the same move to the left and then to the right. In a non beginner class, it might be a different move every count in the 8 count. So you have a lot more moves to remember.

For me it's kinda easy haha..cuz I always dance in my room and do kpop choreography.. mostly I practice EXO's choreography.. sometimes I practice some pop song like this song..you just need to be confident to yourself(^O^)v

Check out some of their tutorials, if you follow along with their instructions step by step (i always pause or go back until i get it) it's totally doable!
take one step at a time. learn arms first, legs first, or one half of your body at a time lol. learn what works for you. how i (personally) would go about learning this: 1) watch once through. 2) watch while copying the moves i remember. 3) slow it down and watch while copying the moves i remember. 4) learn measure by measure - aka 4 beats at a time. 5) when i've finished learning the whole dance, do it through .25x, then .5x, then .75x, and then normal speed. 6) overpracticing - 1.25x and 1.5x. 7) normal speed again. 👍🏽
