Right, something is wrong with these rummy nose tetras...when there is something wrong with the tank or the water levels are off, the red on their heads fade to a paler color like you can see in this video. Might be technically accurate advice but these rummy nose tetras are NOT healthy, they should have deep bright red color!
Oh I was gonna ask if I can put them with black mollies and then I saw one in your tank! I'm planning on getting 6 rummy noses and 2 black mollies. Will there be a problem if the mollies are both male?
I just bought 5 of these and they only lasted 1/2 day. What I thought of my peaceful community tank was obviously wrong. Somebody ate them...and I'm thinking it was my agressive koi angel fish.
must be why their heads are so discolored, its normal to have one or two of them have lighter colors, but almost all of his fish are pale, most of his tips are pretty solid, however aim for a ph closer to 6.5 at least or even better at 7

No, they are very peaceful when they are in schools of 6 or more. Also shrimps don't even have fins for tetras to nip on.
