The best best way to get faster results is to dispute multiple accounts on different days of the month. Example: send your late payment letters on the 1st, send your dispute for your charge offs on the 5th, send your inquiry removals on the 10th of the month to tackle EVERYTHING at once!!! Good luck 🤞🏾

The reason why they decided to just toss Late payments and Utilization on a consumers report is because of FICO , once people understand these are two different Entities FICO and the credit report agencies are NOT the same . FICO needs your consumer report to even make the FICO score work . you consumer report is the ingredients and Fico is the mixing bowl.

Yeah I tried to teach the SSI number info when I learned Sovereignty back in 08. People thought I was bugging. Like you said. This is old sauce. My problem was the creditors couldn’t verify the account the money was coming from. So they didn’t accept my payments. So that’s where I got lost at.

I've been studying different things for a while now and it's the first time I heard about getting the down payment back for the vehicle that we signed for... I'm very appreciative of the info and everything y'all doing! What I like to know is, if you can share with me, is if the down payment can be given back, then what about all the payments you've made on that vehicle before that that gets discharged for after his discharge dot-dot-dot and what happens with the vehicle if you are currently in the process of making payments?

Never rescind a contract that's not the proper way to discharge debt. They will close out all accounts if you do, even the positive accounts. You get them on securities fraud, that's how you properly discharge debt, then turn around and get that money back as well. This is high level discharging.

Yo at the 1 hour mark, she mentions sending an invoice to LexisNexis for them removing the bankruptcy. Does this imply that an invoice can be sent to any CRA for deleting or removing accounts off of your report?

I'm calling B.S. on this. I see and hear all these people talking about Rescinding Car Loans and Mortgages and getting free cars, payments back, it's illegal - blah blah blah. I've been in the credit, collection and debt settlement industry for over 25 years, same crap over the past 20 years.
Look - if this is real, show some proof. Proof being some images of people holding up their titles without the secured party on the title. Or give us the home address or lot information, so we can look at the deed of records for the county and see if the home is owned free and clear.
Everyone should be requesting proof and not just following blindly. It all sounds good in theory, I mean who doesn't want a free house or car and all their money back. Start requesting, legitimate, verifiable proof.
What if the account was closed with late payment ...what's that easy way to remove it..

See now this is the stuff that should be shared. Creditors control the game, piss them off by sending your bs letters these people post and you'll trigger closures or worse, end up getting sued by a creditor. But I'm sure someone will post a video on how it's illegal for them to sue you and that's when a creditor or collection entity says "See you in court".

For the lady for the cars. Always ask for a purchase order then take it to the bank. They will create a check for you to take to the dealership. If the sale man insistent on your SSC# Stand your ground by saying. I'm going to take the purchase order to the bank so that they can write me a check for the amount of the car.

Late payments and Utilization are illegal , USC 1681a(2)(a)(1) all the way !!!!!!! I'll drop even more Nuggets , Charge Offs are Inaccurate on any Consumer report . IRS says clearly a Charge off is ordinary income FCRA says Income is not allowed to be report to a consumer report
David, you're ABSOLUTELY wrong and you're following the recycled, regurgitated and reckless consumer law crap everyone else is putting out there. If an account is legitimately charged-off and the creditor issued a 1099 C showing the debt was cancelled and the consumer should report as earned income - this is where the IRS codes and rules would come into play. - so if the consumer did not receive that, then this DOES NOT APPLY - PLAIN & SIMPLE.
NOT just because a credit report shows a charge-off. This is merely an internal statement for the creditors, collection entities and credit reporting agencies.

What do you do if a loan company takes you to a small claims court and you sent the company a letter of hardship and the small claims court threw out the judgement but the company is still reporting it to the cra as a charge off and written off as a bad debt what can I do about this
