Thank you so much for your enlightened message.I have given it,often, some thought
and concluded there could be an involvement of some kind of energy field as it has been noted in the history of this Martial Art the inability of ten strong students to move the coffin of their, supposedly, dead master to the burial ground.
Who fights like this ?Is this really something you wanna carry for defence !
Even a fool is considered wise when he keeps his mouth shut...
this is extra fake....in pakua there are not shapes of animals....just in kung fu....in fact pa-kua means 8 states of change...heaven, lightning, medow, forrest, mountain, lake, fire, earth. Look for the simbol of pa-kua there is a simbol thtat callas ying yang and arround that simbols are diferent lines that it call trigram.
This martial art aplies the filosofy of ying yang....it means complementary opposites....night and day....good and bad....ice and fire
This guy has learned from a lot of teachers, and seemed to have a knack for learning their private/secret stuff, so I am tempted to trust him.
Check out his autobiography, 'A Masters Journey'.
it is down to earth (he doesn't paint himself as perfect) and really interesting.
You can't possibly know more than sifu Jerry Alan Johnson, just can't...
I am late to the party but either way: This utter nonsense you are writing. Literally every Baguazhang style has animal forms. Baguazhang IS Kungfu or also called Wushu. Yes are 8 states of change like heaven (Tian), Earth (Kun) and so on but for 8 eight trigrams there is a corresponding animal. Also yes and no to the Yin Yang. Of course it deploys Yin Yang but that is because on the one hand you always have Yin Yang in everything, that's but this whole philosophy is about,. On the other hand Baguazhang doesn't explicitly use Yin Yang, also called Taiji. That is used by...yes, Taijiquan. Baguazhang uses the principle of circular and spiral motion as well as constantly changing motion. Propably nobody will ever read this but I just had to correct it (as a long term Wudang Wushu practicioner myself, that's where I have my information from besides literally every source out there).
