I love watching you build the kits up! You don't go one acting like a pro saying do this & do that - Airbrush this airbrush that and only airbrushing is the only way for all the small parts, you really put a lot of love into them and you build for yourself...... 😍
Thank you. I try to be the most economical at what I do. Most folks I believe do not have an air brush. So I show similar techniques using rattle cans to get the same results. Thanks for watching. Happy Modeling
@@TheAutisticModeler I've an airbrush but rarely use it, winds me up when it gets blocked and then there's the cleaning of them, I also use rattle cans too but most of my models are all brush painted.......By the way missus thinks you are great!
Old drag models never die... they just get better with age. Even better when they come with lots of extra parts and a cool trailer ✌️😎 Wicked fire chief design... He'll be the first one at fire with that sweet ride... well done. 😉 Thank you for the build and video.😅 🙂👍
I was really looking forward to this kit after all the hype on the YT car model channels (as with a couple other kits), and I built it a month ago. After buying kits I see on YT, I have so many model trailers I could start a scale U-Haul store! 😅 I used the trailer hitch from this kit and the similar convertible to mount to a couple pickup trucks. 👍
The build came out great, the fire chief is cool. Could you do a video on how you clean your spray booth? Thanks for your help on purchasing an airbrush spray booth. I enjoy your videos,so I’m watching them again. I know I will learn from them, thanks.
Thank you!! My spray booth I use a carpet brush and a vacuum cleaner. And buy extra filters from Amazon. Pack of like 20 for 15.99. I appreciate you watching. Happy Modeling
I absolutely love that you did the Fire Chief version of that Coronet Louie! She came out beautifully! I dig what you did with the trailer wheels!
Thank you!!! I really enjoy doing something different!! Happy Modeling
I love when kits have extra stuff.

My first car was a 1967 Dodge Cornet, 4 door. It had a 318ci engine , with an auto transmission. Gold color, black. Interior

Wow! What a great build. That is one sweet Coronet. And that was a great idea with the trail wheels.

@@TheAutisticModeler Thanks you, you are helping me out a lot.
I built the convertible version. Excellent build. your builds never get old
You did a great job with really cool car . See you next time.👍
That is a lucky Fire Chief. Sweet build, you do fantastic work!
The clear work end acrilic too
You're solution for the trailer wheels was inspired, looks great.
Looks Awesome ! Well now the fire chief can go to the drag strip in his spare time lol , don’t need a Hp 440 to race
Nice job have fun in joy your day
That looks awesome in fire chief red!
That came out fantastic... thanks for sharing 👍😉
Great build Louie. The vintage sheriff decals are pre-1960's. I bought this kit just for them to make some vintage cars from area of Ohio.
Great job buddy
Good job . Think i'd mix it up and build it as a cop car (or fire chief) but with elements of the drag racer and custom stuff used .
Neat idea!!
The box is cool , its nearly identical to the original annual kit from 1968 .
Awesome job!!! Beautifully done!!!
What is the brown color you use on the headers ?
It’s made by Citadel. It called corrosion.
I can hardly believe you could move those decals like that.
Louie For 68 only Turquoise Was Used in 69 Color Was Changed to Orange
No speedo decals😤
It does have the speedo decals. Two colors, black faces or yellow faces.
Do you ever build any 1/12 scale models?
Not really. I have no place to put them when finished.
This kit is way overpriced at Hobby Lobby. I bought mine at a regular hobby shop instead.
