Nice to see someone is pointing out this issue. I'm also from the Fitness industry. I'm a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Here in India if you have a good-looking body you are a trainer. A degree & Diploma is just piece of paper. Gym also prefers non-certified trainers as they can give them less salary.😶

As i have experienced in many gym and ongoing situation all over the country,its very serious issue that lots n lots of small or big evry gym owns few or rarely certified trainers instead they take fit and good looking trainers who mostly dont havent any deep knowledge or experience about body building or physical ethics.
@Kiran Yadav baat to sahi kaha aapne,but sach hai ki gym me trainers ke naam pe kisi ko bhi rakh lete hai aur mostly beginners ki health ke sath dokha ho rha hai.

This is very serious issue as any on from gym trainers to random person suggesting their made up diets irrespective of knowing the medical history of people ..
I’m a Dietitian and I’m currently working in a hospital and I can’t thank you enough for highlighting this topic and making a video on this.
It’s really very sad how they’re manipulating people, mostly teenagers for the sake of money.
It’s a request to everyone, whoever is reading this comment, if you need any diet plan or anything regarding physical fitness please go to certified Dietitians and Fitness coaches, respectively.
