Is once through necklace strong enough??? Just asking as when doing cabachons they usually go through twice. I usually make with wire.

Hi!
I think you are misstaking bicones for rondelles, the beads you call rondelles look like bicones. And they look much bigger than a 3mm bicone.. 🤔 a 11/0 seed bead is about 2mm, and the bicones are atleast doubble the size of the seed beads..
