Ingredients:
Carrot cake recipe:
•All purpose flour 2 cups (260g)
•Walnuts chopped (slightly roasted) 1cup (100g)
•Carrots grated 2 & 1/2cups (340g)
•Baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp (6g)
•Baking soda 1tsp (4g)
•Cinnamon powder 1&1/2tsp (2g)
•Salt 1/2 tsp (2g)
•Eggs (room temperature) large size 4
•Oil 1 cup (240ml)
•Vanilla essence 2 tsp (8g)
•Chopped walnuts for garnishing
Baking time:
180°C 40 to 45 minutes.
Baking pan 11 to 12 inches
Cream cheese frosting:
•Cream cheese 120g
•Butter room temperature 50g (4tbsp)
•Icing sugar 60g (3tbsp)
•Lemon juice 1/2tsp
•Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
