If I may add some input into the nature of the human experience, when awake, dreaming, or deep sleep… there is still a sense of awareness. This reality appears within us, take vision for example it’s just energy flowing into the back of your head and from there translated and the same is said for the other senses. Nothing is what contains everything, why do we think something actually exists of its own? Atoms by nature are empty beads of energy and yet that’s the building block of matter. Shows how consciousness really extends into the infinite.
For all Allan watts was an English philosopher who was born in Christian culture. But growing up he was found that there's no sense in abrahmic religions(Christianity, islam, jewish) so he went to eastern philosophy and was so inspired by them that till his death he was follower of eastern philosophy (mostly Buddhism and Hinduism)
He’s the greatest philosopher of our time and died in the early 70s Trying to convert you to what? Alan was not religious because he studied every religion on earth and knew they were all man made 😂 I’m not religious but I have had an experience with god that changed my life for ever. There’s only one creator and he’s of no religion.
I could listen to your father for ages. His voice is truly remarkable.

Texting instead of listening shows me to not take this seriously.
