I am from the US and like you, I love snowdrops ..so I ordered them and in about a week..from Sweden into my mailbox! I quickly die cut green and then white, to cut and glue. Oh, I am glad I watched your video..markers are the way to go. Thank you, Chris! Darling!
I love the fact that on slightly larger dies (add with the basket) you can add shading with markers, whereas by cutting out with different coloured card and piecing back together it gives a flatter looking colour. Glad you love your Gummiapan dies! 😊
You are so very clever ! Just the way you colored the basket and embossed the basket and Snow Drops brings an ordinary card to a whole new level. You never cease to get my creative juices going to copy your ideas. Thank you so much for your videos and explaining your thought process as if we are sitting right there in the room with you. Peggy
Hi Christine 🥰🦘🦘... I agree,..you make cards with dies that have such realism due to the techniques & simple design... good enough to eat! Co cute! Your cards are so unique! Gorgeous. TFS. I am watching all your videos & loving your chatter as you explain your ideas. Thanks so much.🙏🧺🌷🌷
I love this card. The delicate flowers and the composition of all the pieces. So nice. The recipient will love this card! Warm regards from very cold and snowy 🇨🇦Calgary, Alberta🇨🇦
I love watching your videos! Your crafting is spontaneous, I've enjoyed seeing each beautiful card come together. I'm learning from you to try new techniques. Thank you so much!
Bonsoir , magnifique réalisation. Ces dies sont splendides et super mis en valeur par la colorisation. Merci de m avoir fait connaître gummiapan , je suis fan ! Merci pour la vidéo. A bientôt
Ooh Ahh, a big new stash from Gummiapan - how delightful. I adore the basket of Snowdrops and the back story is equally charming. I have a few things in my cart from Gummiapan at the moment, but am waiting on the big reveal today. I have Birthday money burning a hole in my pocket. Thanks for all the tips and tricks. 🌼
I must take a look at the reveal tonight. They have mentioned my RUclips channel on the last couple of Facebook 'lives' I wonder if they will this evening! Thanks as ever for your wonderful comments Helen. ❤️❤️❤️
What a beautiful card. The simplicity is its beauty. The snowdrops look gorgeous and I love the way you have coloured them. Thank you Christine for another amazing project. - Dawn 🌅
I was impressed with the Gummiapan dies when you did the advent calendar, and I'm still impressed with the detail they have on their dies. You talents of bring them to life with the coloring and "cupping" makes all the difference, no matter how subtle Chrissie. These cards are just gorgeous! My next door neighbor has snowdrops and they give me such job when I look outside my kitchen window and see them. Such pretty little delicate blooms. Wish I had some of my own. LOL Love that your daughter's neighbor gave you a basketful! Hugs, Brenda
Beautiful card love the idea of Embossing the basket to make the weaving come alive, such a great idea! I'm sure the recipient of this card will be delighted with it☺️... I know I would thanks Chris 🙂
Very impressive! Just a hint for coloring the die cuts - save the card you cut them from and put the die cuts back into the space on the card where they came out. I usually do it over a sticky mat so that both the die cut and the paper stick in place. Then I color them with whatever I'm using. When finished coloring, peel the background paper and the die cut off. For me it's easier than trying to hold down the die cut while I color it.
It’s delicious, I don’t believe you can go wrong with Gummiapan dies. Thank you for introducing them to us in the uk, I cant wait to see what else you’ve got… and yes, I think the 3rd clump of flowers are dandelions!! ❤️
Indeed fabulous - the basket look amazing! I'm not a great one for colouring and don't have any suitable pens - I have been trying not to get sucked into that rabbit hole, but I'm not sure how long I can resist!
In that case I would give it a try... You don't necessarily need pens you can use inks or pencils... All sorts, just have a play until you find a medium you like working with.😊
You did indeed make these die cuts fabulous. I saw the finished card on Instagram last night before dinner and couldn't believe how absolutely gorgeous it is. I think your daughter's neighbor will really appreciate it. It is amazing what a little bit of dimension can accomplish. Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of your dies.
What a lovely card, Christine, and I am so happy you are going to do a series with these dies. I have always loved miniatures of any kind, and these dies are so sweet. I did get that little tiny reindeer you used and he is adorable. Probably will be adding to the collection~
I’m so happy you’re working with those dies again. So cute and dainty. The one receiving this will be thrilled! Thanks again for a wonderful start to my day ❣️🇺🇸
Hi. This is just lovely and it reminds me that I have a nice snowdrop die somewhere and I haven't seen it about in ages (which is worrying) so I shall have to look for it and see what I can come up with. Thank you for sharing this very entertaining video. Have a good week.
Such a beautiful card. I can’t wait to try making it! Your tips are so helpful. The basket just came to life as did the snowdrops. Your editing was spot on. Even looking for it, I couldn’t see where you did it. Amazing!

@@Chrissieannie I also find card making therapeutic but I have Parkinson’s so trying to deal with tiny things I can become quite frustrated and then my shaking gets worse. I’m not giving up. Too stubborn for that. I just choose my battles.
Help me please?! I have found the site for buying these beautiful dies, but the writing is in Swedish? I think. I am sure there must be a way to translate it - but I can't do it. I have ordered these but want more and am sure it would be easier to scroll through their offerings if I could understand the words. Could you explain to me please? 🤔😀
LOVE your videos but would appreciate it if you would zoom in or bring things closer to your camera by hand. Especially when using the small dies and pieces. Couldn't see texture of basket or tiny snowdrops 😔 I get so disappointed when I can't see what you are trying to show.
