Hello Junaid. Love your content. But this interview seemed more like a lip service and self promotion rather than helping someone find their job. They were a clothing brand and I mentioned them as an FMCG when they asked to tell them more about the company and why would I be interested in working for them. LOL. For salary thing what have worked for me is to ask the question from the recruiter in the end, "What is the approved salary range for this role?". Saved me several times from underquoting my salary. When they say the approved salary range is 90k - 100k. (E.G). Then you can say "Based on the research that I have carried for this role's salary range. My salary expectation is 95k or whatever suits you.

@@aliakram8065 stop applying outside if you have 3+ years experience or real good research paper then apply outside cause only then they would support you with a visa or if you have a great reference then apply outside In Pakistan reference is more effective than anything or else its all luck cause the HR are more confusion than the applier cause they want the best guy and very dumb guy and very loyal to HR.
