I think that 100-200 dps more is doable with more luck (weapon rng).
Maybe somebody will come up with better rotation and do even more!

With trap precast you get a higher number and a higher number is always cooler

I didnt follow the dh rotations since a while but, since when did the trap unsynced with the F1?
It hurts to see that lmao, rotation feels so random aswell as F1 timings :(

Since we've started to use dragonhunter relic.
Rotation isnt completely random, DH just doesn't have infinite loop like most of other builds.

But it's just that coming from olders dh rotations, watching this feels a tad random when you dont know the rotation.

Yes and it was giiiga annoying. I gave up the idea as I didn’t see any benefit out of using it.
But maybe if u perfectly optimize the rotation for it you can do a bit more dps.
It deals 0 dmg, has longer cast than longbow autos and idk feels susge xd
Would using DH runes instead of scholar slightly improve the overall dps? Or do you already lose so much power with using mostly dragon stats making scholar runes more optimal? At what point does ferocity start to supersede power usually? Im not really sure about the math, so any insight would be greatly appreciated!
It's the same dps.
I either dont know the insights, im just using gear optimiser.

Hello I can just do some pulls when arc dps will be updated so you will see everything “on paper”. About literally writing down, I think you can do it on your own just following the video.

Coming back after a >3year break and I'm curious, how much better is longbow in burst and sustained damage compared to sword/focus now?
in bench its 2k dps difference, i didnt compare bursts

Ive just come back to the game after not playing since the first expo and I'm extremely undecided between power dragonhunter, Soulbeast and Herald.. any advice on them? I think DH might be easier to play, but Herald seems amazing for Open world.
Open world DH does have alot of util but comes with knowing enemies attacks so you can use f3 or f2 at the right time to ignore or block attacks to not get chunked. Open world herald is just great cause it heals itself like crazy. I wouldn't look at SCs stuff for open world just cause it optimizes dps over sustain cause your sustain is already provided in either a quick or alac healer. Open world you provide that for yourself. Same with boons. DH doesn't provide itself a crazy amount of self boons if you don't opt into it. Honestly up to you as long as you have the right gear you should blow through almost all open world content in the game.

You dont need to stow gs4 anymore, cause u can cancel the aftercast via using other skills.

You can cancel with other weapon skills now. It's ideal actually. Don't even need to stow GS5 either

big
