I have my great-aunt's coleslaw recipe with cabbage, milk, mayo, mustard, sour cream, and dill weed. It is really good with iced tea and other summer dishes. Hers is different because she and her sisters (including my grandmother) were German.
Hello Stephanie, I agree, the longer it sets the better it tastes. I wish I could taste that now with a hotdog. Thank you for sharing. Take care and I hope you and your family have a fantastic 4th of July!
Is that tomatoes in the canning jars? Would love a tutorial on canning. I have limited experience with canning and I could sure soak in some addition instructions. Thanks, Steph.
Actually, they are whole fig preserves. Last summer I did a video on how to can them and it is listed in my channel. I would love to do a video on canning tomatoes but it has been so hot here I have not been able to get enough to can. The farm I usually get bulk produce from may have some soon. If I can get enough of them I will definitely do a video. Thanks for watching and your support; have a blessed evening! 😊
I have made cole slaw just a few times. In addition to the onions I add some diced chives, I like the color and I have them gowing outside . Steph, may I suggest, please sharpen your knifes. Cabbage shouldn't be that hard to cut.

I did this no onion and swerve sugar-free, wonderful taste. Thank you so much for sharing ❤❤❤
I will have to add the sour cream. I do mine a little differently with apple cider vinegar and red onion. This looks delicious too.
I have that little serving bowl....a little bit Country ..
Will try the recipe thank you!
My sweetie loves coleslaw. I am going to try a substitute for sugar we will see thank you for sharing 😊
This looks like a great coleslaw recipe! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to making it.

I’ve cut cabbage by hand shredded it. I buy the bag of coleslaw mix usually same as cutting it up. But I’ve done both ways,
Thanks for sharing It looks so good I appreciate your kindness

I can’t wait to make this! Thank you!
I love slaw with everything. It’s a staple in the summer here.

Yum 🤤
Next time go to Walmart ( or any store) yourself to do your shopping and get the kind of carrots you want.
