Sólo pueden firmar las personas que tienen derecho a voto. Es muy difícil conseguir firmas válidas y cuando se consiguen la Mesa del Parlamento las echa para atrás en su mayoría. La regularización se producirá si le da la gana al gobierno y parece que no están por la labor. Suerte.
