Deus Ex Soundtrack Remastered - Liberty Island Видеоклипы
Fine, I'll play through Deus Ex again
Goddamit, same here... I will never leave this circle ... :)
"Everytime you mention it, someone will reinstall it"
Heads up MrLabox, your brother Paul is waiting for you on the dock.
a bomb!
It´s remote-controlled, hold on!
Your remixes and remasters of Deus Ex ost are my favorite. Thank you for doing these.
I got into you because of the Unatco remix video. Hard to believe that came out 7 years ago! Love your work as always!
Would love to play DX again with your mixes and remasters as the soundtrack.
I remember buying Deus Ex 2000 since I loved playing Human Revolution during finals season instead of studying. I’d wake up at like 7 am and play OG deus ex in the early summer. I even have a smell for the deus ex games, it’s Calvin Kleins ‘one’ cologne. Listening to this made me go smell it again
Eerie! Just like i remember.
Real good job, I likez. Definitely a nostalgic track for me. But there are two things I really need to say about this particular remaster.
Number one; That's terror.
Number two; That's terror.
Now when the power drops, go in, and go in, and go in, and go in like the US marshal and his three daughters, and we lose the vaccine.
Get pills against my orders.
That is all.
fantastic job again, these tracks are always such a treat to listen to
Great job, thanks for sharing!
This is my personal take, but I actually think liberty island is kind of a low point in the games soundtrack, specifically because it is used for the first level. It's very slow and ambient, to the point where when I first played, I thought the bell sounds at the dock were part of the music. It just seems to be in such contrast to the groovy melodic tunes of like New York or Hong Kong, but the first impression of the games soundtrack makes you think it's a bit more slow and more just background noise. The action theme at liberty island isnt that great in my opinion which doesnt help.
I think this track would be killer if used later in the game, because I do love the mood it brings. But for level 1, I wish they went with something more dynamic. After I stopped playing the game for the first time, it wasn't until I looked up the ost later and found all of these other banger tracks where I found motivation to keep playing through the rest of the game to hear them.
You did a great job with the remaster of course, I know you're always busy but just know that more deus ex remasters are much appreciated. Love u ML
i don't really agree. the ambience fits the open nature of the level perfectly. it isn't sudden or in your face and it doesn't need to be. it's the initial introduction to a game of which you've barely peeled back the surface of the depth of the storyline yet. it's set on a cold night on liberty island, where there is a current stalemate between terrorists having taken hostages. it isn't an active warzone or a bustling metropolis.
Awesome as always. I love your first Deus Ex remixes, they are the best around.
Always loved your deus ex mixes.. now do more doom eternal mixes
Would you remaster the soundtrack of Megarace?
