    Oh my, what a fascinating place! I could spend a week or two in there, and still couldn't get enough. So much interesting tech.
    Better still, if I had my own lab in one of the building, where I'd do maintenance and restoration of all that equipment... It's always good to dream, isn't it?

      I agree it is a very interesting place, you only need a small place with some basic equipment to make your own lab, I am just in the process of completing my own new lab so I can take Electronic Archaeology out of hibernation very soon.

      @@electronicarchaeology I've had a lab since early 2000s, it started out with a few tools, a soldering iron and a multimeter. Then I got different kinds of equipment (generators, scopes, multimeters...) and it's kinda nice now, though I'd definitely love to have some better metalworking and fabrication equipment as it's important for what I'm doing in the lab, i.e. building tube amps and other devices.
