Hi, Nice video. I have a question: Is there any way to have an option to automatically send an email requesting reviews to customers who have purchased products from our site, asking them to leave a testimonial and directing them to our testimonial page? I haven't found any videos where they show how to set up automated email requests for reviews. Additionally, with this plugin, can I choose to display their reviews on Google? Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your comment. Asking customers for testimonials can be done via mass email tool. I would recommend Beehive as it is free for around 2500 users and worth a try.
Displaying directly on Google may not be possible with this plugin. You will need help of a developer to connect with the Google APIs or alternatively you can embed the Google reviews into your website.

As I understood, additionally, for this plugin, I need email marketing software to integrate customers who have purchased from my site. From there, I can set up automatic emails asking for a review after a day, which I can set up automatically, and include a letter with a CTA directing them to our website review page. Maybe I can also include a link to Google reviews so they can choose where they want to leave a review. Thank you!

Yes you can schedule mails for your customers it could be anything from asking for a review or introducing your new products.
