ubuntu desktop is a diffrent thing, server versions are cli only

No it is not genome, Ubuntu gnome is discontinued version of Ubuntu. I am talking about Ubuntu Desktop on Ubuntu Server

Can i manage my ubuntu server after installing desktop environment on it? Like changing nginx config, moving files, managing storage etc. I do not like the cli so i want to manage my server using gui.
