Love the table of contents. Nice work. It's why I watched sections of the video. Will come back for more.

This was an excellent discussion. Thank you. I found the topic of ‘self doubt’ when approaching the start of a race to be very interesting. I always assumed that was due to a mental reaction of the ‘fight or flight’ condition that an Adrenalin rush causes. I have competed in rowing since I was12 years old (I’m 66 now, and coach.). When I was a teenager, I did not like race days because of the adrenaline effects. But, that changed in college and especially in my 20’s to where I loved the adrenaline rush and excitement of race day. I think the difference was maturing mentally and emotionally, and increasingly being confident in my rowing skill and conditioning preparation. I.e., I was confident that I was prepared, and I enjoyed the race challenge more. Make sense?

@@fultonlopez7846 Thanks Fulton great feedback. We're were planning on developing chapters, though youtube have a bet version of automatic chapters that might do this soon.

Hi, great interview. I like all the business related parallels that Steven said. Anyway, I wanted to ask you about the warmup procedure you spoke about. Can you please send me a link to it? Thanks

Gauge to how I know I am doing easy days easy enough? I feel embarrassed to post those days on Strava.

Don't be embarrassed - own it. We should all have variety in our training! I personally admire those that make their splits slower on some occasions and faster on others

That made an hour and a half session on the bike trainer a little more tolerable.
