I usually don't want house mods because lets face it the more you play the game the more you turn into a spacer, living in your ship and your outposts, but I really like this one and it's on the short list of mods I want, this modder is dam good at what he/she does.
Great showcase. This will probably be my first purchase of a creation club mod. Never really did much with outposts except the achievement stuff but having a prebuilt house is really appealing. On the mod page it also mentions the coffee maker and shower is interactive.
A good mod to have for a whole slew of functional decor and furniture is Betamax’s Functional Decor. Almost everything in the mod is interactive for added immersion.
So quick warning about that terminal by the door, if you don't select 'Unlock for Free' when interacting with it you'll be defaulted to the UC Citizenship + 150,000 credits option from that point onward. So don't expect to be able to go back to the 'desktop' layer of the menu.
Thanks to @DownfallNamesis for the mod and @Crimson for the commentary. It’s nice to see a house that can be turned into an Outpost. Why did Bethesda make Outposts harder to construct than ships?
I know you used console commands for Starborn Cora ... but I have been wanting somebody ... anybody ... to make that an official Paid Creation since the first time I learned about her Universe. Not even joking, I will pay to have her as my Companion ... wait, that sounded wrong. I want to explore the galaxy with Starborn Cora, as a full Companion with at least two Affinity Quests, one for friendship, and another for possible Romance. I was so bummed that her Universe did not have her as a Companion. Bethesda could have made the Alternate Universes so much better if the unique characters were Companions. Depressed Vasco Capitalist Walter Zealot Andreja Starborn Cora Plant Sarah Evil Myself Etcetera... It would be awesome if the mod author made her have a full character arc, where she starts hating you for your (alternate universe) "choices," but eventually comes to love you because you are a good person. Like Unoctium's Robin Locke. She gets better the longer you know her. I would love for Unoctium to tackle converting Starborn Cora. Anyway, to answer your question from yesterday's stream, about her headlight/headlamp; All Companions do that, if you force them to wear Space Suits. I used the Companion "unequip glitch" to remove their default outfits on Xbox which forces them to wear Space Suits 24/7, and they all have their lights on when it gets dark, or loading into interiors. It can get especially annoying or distracting if you also have your lights turned on, because theirs tracks their head movement, and can either look away from you, or directly at you like a floodlight. Since Starborn Cora is always using her suit, she has the same light issues as the rest of the Companions ... if they are suited. Could you, for Science, disable her suit so we can see what older Cora looks like? Just another suit without a helmet, or an outfit, because I want to see if Bethesda actually aged her up, or used a generic female face under the hood. Also, is Cora adopted? I heard people complain on Reddit that both of her parents are Caucasian, but her child model looks darker skinned, and that is a problem with all children looking the same in Starfield. I am just wondering, because I assumed Sam's wife was darker skinned, and somebody said she was more pale than Sam, so I am confused. I myself come from mixed heritage, and have lighter skin than what people would expect for my ethnicity, but both my parents are light skinned, so it makes sense. (Australian and Turkish, but I do not look like I was raised in the Middle-East. Americans assume that I am American until they see my strange name, and then get very confused that I neither have an Aussie accent, nor darker skin.)
@briancowan4318 I've already got the patch for matilija. I wasn't having issues till the latest patch. Before that, and maybe still, I'm also having that issue where I make one alterations in ship builder and try to exit it crashes the game. But from what I've found that starts to happen if you uninstall a mod 😪 so far just been having the PDYS issue with random ship habs
I have tried to figure out why I have 100⚡ It turns out I collected it during one of fallout 76 Halloween season. I'm sure there's more⚡to claim when leveling up the seasonal boards on fallout 76

Cool thanks for sharing crimson.
Coffee time. Cool mod. If only I ever lived off the ship. Great video. Nice review.
Every time you stopped your character to turn around and look at your crew member like, WTF, I died laughing.

I got it. It's kind of cool but I don't use outposts or other land based habitats. My ship is basically my home.

No one asked
How did you get Cora as a companion?
It is not clear whether the crew can be assigned to the house as is done for the outposts.
Hm, what my also would improve it would be, if in the area between the landing pat and the building would some trees and stuff 🤔
Anyone been having issues with Place Doors Yourself mod?!
There is a patch if you are using Matilja Aerospace. The only other problem I’m noticing is when I use portholes. Hope this helps.

in the purchase area, what is the UC citizenship check for?
You have to complete uc quest line to earn your citizenship and the right to purchase property.
