If it was going to be on streaming services probably gotta pay a fee to get it added or to create the CD's,etc. In the end they may do it if it's profitable. I'm a big fan of soundtrack music myself would pay money for billions ost after season 1, some of the themes is sawesome that I will merely watch the scenes just to hear that little bit lol actually happy to find this channel dunno how OP is able to do this but this amazing.
