Instead of throwing the parts on the floor, would it not be more economical and efficient to put them in some kind of container/bin?

You beat me to it. It seems that is the norm in everything that they make. Everything is a mess no matter what they make. Work smarter not harder, but obviously doesn't apply in Pakistan.

I noticed in these countries in all the factories no matter what they toss everything on the ground instead of putting it in containers so it can be easily moved around. They toss it in the dirt then sombody comes along and picks it up again and puts it into a bag or some other container. I watched a recycle vid they have these huge bags of pop bottles and just dump it in the dirt and scatter it all over hell then the workers go through it and pick it off the ground very weird . They wont use conveyor belts either the worker will fill what ever bucket he has walk climb stairs dump the bucket into the machine go back to the pile on the ground and pick it all up by hand and start the process all over walk back and forth climb stairs n dump really weird

The extractor fan in the wall of the aluminium buffing process shed is a good start. Why not use ducting from the fan to each wheel. ?.That would take out far more dust and keep the area cleaner. Aluminium dust is very bad when breathed in.

The only thing that separates the brake levers from $150 levers is the guy with the drill press that just wallers the heck out of the cast hole instead of precisely drilling through the parts. All the rest of that work is a waste because they'd be worth several times more if they improved that step.

If you look at the machinery there is no maintenance they dont clean it they dont even grease it . If you look at the one machine it has grease zerks on it and its bone dry the ram is bone dry never been greased. This equipment must be WW II surplus there is no way a new machine would take this kind of abuse . Bare feet around all those shavings and metal to shove into your feet wow just blows my mind all the bare feet and all those shavings

All you commentators thank you for your concerns however Pakistan is a poor country and striving to join the big boys in its quest to better the lot of its people. 😢his country makes fighter jets to cement plants sugar mills surgical instruments soccer balls for the whole world besides autos cars and a host of other things. So this is slowly changing as the West did not have all the rules laws in place for at least a 100 years!
    Happy New Year!
