    Came over from the Salazar vid. Did you have to cut the rear I/O backplate to fit your board? Were the front cables standard for the new headers? I did an Optiplex, but nowhere near as clean.

      I did have to cut the back of the case yes. I took a dremel to the back of the case to cut the hole out for the rear IO plate. The front fan I had to drill 4 holes so I could get an intake fan into it as well.
      As far as the front cables, all of them were standard minus the SD Card Reader cable. I had to de pin the wires out of the block they were in and install them into a standard USB 2.0 block so that way the card reader could work.
      Hope you are having fun with your optiplex for sure!!! all case mods are fun on these older systems 😁
