Came over from the Salazar vid. Did you have to cut the rear I/O backplate to fit your board? Were the front cables standard for the new headers? I did an Optiplex, but nowhere near as clean.
I did have to cut the back of the case yes. I took a dremel to the back of the case to cut the hole out for the rear IO plate. The front fan I had to drill 4 holes so I could get an intake fan into it as well. As far as the front cables, all of them were standard minus the SD Card Reader cable. I had to de pin the wires out of the block they were in and install them into a standard USB 2.0 block so that way the card reader could work.
