I am studying this course and we only had HRM ( one subject of management ) and rest are related to public and occupational health, toxicology, ergonomics. It's not a proper Healthcare course but yes you can apply for HSE positions in hospital and its highly paid and in demand. Good thing is not many Indians are in this field so you will have exposure of different ethnicities. So its my humble request for that guy gtfo don't give out false information

There is scope, but Canadian regulations are different. So you have to get knowledge of legislations and standards of here, and entry level jobs is difficult to get. (Have to do a lot of certifications)

There is no issue as such, but consult student advisors or your college, they can guide you better if that break is legal for you or not!
