Damn RUclips called me out with this in my algorithm 😂I’ve been needing to adjust my schedule as im starting a new job soon. I wake up around 8, immediately brush my teeth, stretch a little, drink water, pet my cat, and sit outside.
I get up at 7, shower, brush teeth, bit of mediation and journaling (sometimes), then breakfast, crap, and out the door. I find keeping it pretty simple is good for me. Also great vid, this channel is def blowing up icl

Yeah they always say waking up at the same time no matter what is best. Its so hard to resist the urge to sleep in if you've stayed up late the night before though
