Bodies arrow was totally out and PJ gave him the win.
PJ totally did not even have ANYTHING to do with calling it in OR out. He was just the announcer.!! That is ENTIRELY up to the ref.

So what you don't see on camera is I ask the judge down range for thumbs up or down on the arrow call. The judge gave the thumbs up, and I announced the judge's call to the audience. I'm standing 20 yards away from the target the whole time. (And what I will tell you is you can't see the line with that dark shadow on camera. The judge used a light)
