This is my comment 2 years after your review. I have had it for two years and I love my D330! My goto machine and it goes everywhere with me. Believe me, it actually runs my 3d cad software also (Varicad with models containing 100s of parts!) I made a nice bracket for my car and now use it on the road as HUD for anything from navigation to Whatsapp. The removable screen/tablet is magnetic and it uses cellular service.
I had a Miix310 icr for two years, which is basically its older brother. 4 GB ram and 64 mb EMMC drive with LTE and SD card support. It suits my needs perfectly. Love the tiny form factor, for university and basic office work it is perfect. Especially for reading e-books which is how I use it mainly as well as social media, youtube and web browsing. Love the keyboard. I am not a huge fan of those type covers. The only downsides are the rather luckluster speakers and probably the emmc drive which feels sluggish at times. I'd pay 100-150 € more for an optional ssd and better speakers. I just love the 10 inch form factor, it is perfect for those types of work which those machines are made for. Wish more companies would make windows tablets with that form factor. And yeah the battery life of that machine even after 2 years is just amazing, still easily 10 hours per day, no need to take a charger with my at work.

I haven't done any editing with this machine. I think it would be able to do it, but you'd be faced with lengthy processing times due to the low powered CPU.
