I’ve been going to truck and tractor pulls my entire life. It was always my favorite thing to do in the summer until I become disabled. The “ Oopsy poopcies”, we’ve always called them, are a hazard of the sport and I’ve seen some that would just make you sick to your stomach. I’ve even collected pieces off of blown up motors, my favorite paperweight is a melted rod from Moonshine Minnie from a few years back. Gotta love the sport!
@@MrCarnutbill67 That ain't nothing! About 1976 I ran over my left front brake shoes with my left rear wheel in my 1966 Chevy Suburban 283/powerglide) when the left front brake drum exploded on the extremely steep Rancho Road off ramp, northbound on the 101 in Thousand Oaks, California. When I finally got it stopped, my hitch-hiker said: "This will be fine. Thanks for the ride." I managed to limp back to my job at Lister Rents to repair it.

Best engine explosion I’ve seen since BLACK SHEEP SEMI👍👍
These things are monsters, some of the most powerful vehicles you'll find anywhere. One ain't lived till they experience 4 or 5 supercharged Hemis screaming wide open on a homemade tractor from 50 feet away. It'll definitely leave an impression on a person.
Good grief talk about mayhem! I understand that it certainly not every run this type of stuff happens but your engines are on the edge to start with to make more HP and when they go OVER the edge its looks costly, amazing technology your folks run! As far as those little mini tractors, the last thing I want to do is die on a 1500 HP lawn mower, they are insane!
i guess they have to use small tractors and vehicles coz bigger vehicles may just drag the sled along like a grader blade and that would sure mess the track up... maybe rock up with some big assed truck like a Tatra 8x8
I can believe people would watch. We watched it, right? What I can't believe is why anyone would put their money into destroying their own property just to have a few people watch.
Some time you just see that one kind of smoke you dont wanna see . The one with that white blue colour, thats a sign your turbo is about go poof😂12:24 just to name one Still keeps his foot on the throttle 🥰🥰
Awesome video dude!! Great to see the Slo-Mo clips...the JD engine blowing up was pretty hard to beat but that Case “Red Horse” driving thru that black cloud was pretty cool too!!
Do any of those small block powered riding lawnmowers ever finish up with both front tires attached and or faceing the same direction? Those things are just terrifying!!!
The turbo sucks air into the engine by having a turbine in the exhaust flow which is the blake smoke. If you are talking about the white smoke under some tractors, i think it is part of the cooling process, maybe instead of a radiator with a closed cycle they just let the coolant evaporate, which would be much more efficient, but also consume a lot more coolant. If you are talking about the white smoke when their engines blows up, then maybe it's the turbo.
It was either that tractor or another one recently where a guy had an amazing slow mo where you can see the Piston just being watched like a cannon. There's a channel called Charles Russell and it was on there. If I can remember, I'll post the link but I would have to find it-anyway is the most spectacular video of an exploding diesel engine I have ever seen.
Drop a comment below of what your favorite clip was in this video!!!

Those little V8 Tractors look FUN to ride.....

I hate those little beasts. More trouble than their worth though if you want accidents they are the way to go.

I’ve watched the 1st tractor video several times and it impresses me every time, that’s a real wreck.
Love that red square body gasser that broke his hitch that thing is beautiful and absolutely insanely powerful.
Yeah its a very nice truck!! See them pull a lot!
"Rolling grenade" That's a good name for a puller!!
When a piston is rolling around on the track , you got problems.
Yep just some small problems 😂
Only salvageable part of the engine.
was the engine
Right? The energy involved for a piston to end up on the ground in front of the tractor is incredible.

I had no idea John Deere made grenades!
They do its them green ones

You don’t have to like the sport but at least respect the engineering that goes into these vehicles

Why?

God bless you all the diesel inhaling people
I love it how the truck's hood at 2:01 lifted up like two middle fingers saying "F@%& It, I quit!!!"
There are two sure bets when watching these. A diesel is going to blow a turbo and the mini-pullers are going out of control.
And the truck are just gonna bouncing like a maniac
Woah! Those were really good. I have never seen a tractor explode like that John Deere . Great footages! 👍

One Powerjoke and it couldn't get off the line. That's funnee!
well the cummins killer seems to always kill itself 😂😂
I’m not a engineer... twice. But I’m pretty sure if your hood blows off and your block drops out.... that won’t buff out.
And... Merica!
So the real contest is who can get the furthest before their engine goes, "Bang!", not how far they can get. Got it.

What makes the tractors veer left and right don't they controll them with dual brake pedals.
weight transfer they go left torque from crank case and tyre of the ground gets bigger and travels further you have a go
Very entertaining but clearly explains the worlds carbon emissions problem.
Yes a few pulls on the weekends versus 100s of millions of vehicles on the road. This must be the problem.
I love the Food Stamp games
I like the v8 garden tractors.
Legit question. When it blows white smoke is that the turbo blowing out?
The turbo sucks air into the engine by having a turbine in the exhaust flow which is the blake smoke. If you are talking about the white smoke under some tractors, i think it is part of the cooling process, maybe instead of a radiator with a closed cycle they just let the coolant evaporate, which would be much more efficient, but also consume a lot more coolant.
If you are talking about the white smoke when their engines blows up, then maybe it's the turbo.
A lot of times it is the turbocharger "tube" coming off. The engine shuts down real quick but no real harm.
Holy hemorrhoids, Batman!
Amazing 😀👍
Does the length of pull count or is it just how long it takes to blow up your engine?
Distance is all that matters.
Its a good pull for a diesel to make it 50ft down the line.
So for those trucks that just evap the coolant do they have a good supply or do they run out and just seize the engine? Is that what were seeing?
Most of these are running filled blocks no coolant.
