I always saw Otto as someone who's trying to save the loli girl. There's that tinge feeling that she helped him at the lowest point of his life, and I had a strong hate for him because many life's were lost. Mihoyo truly has a way of touching us all. I only got to story 3 or 4 but Otto was a lovely character uh as in well written villain haha

Its not that he should save young kallen, but rather remake their past as he want her to live, but yea every captains around how they felt for otto for being selfish and become a villain in the image of every characrers but we forgot why he have to be bad to be good for someone he cherished for generations
