    This one was a little frustrating to make. PSA warrantied this and swapped out the barrel. It's shooting much better, here's the follow up: ruclips.net/video/S_Vvtm60ZlI/видео.html

    I have this rifle (but with an 18" barrel) and @ 100 yds I'm getting sub .25 inch MOA. Mine is a tack driver. My guess is the ammo is your problem. My rifle LOVES Norma 150 gr Whitetail soft points. I ordered mine with the Geissle SSA-E trigger which is simply awesome. Let us know how your ammo testing goes.

    I just bought this rifle. But I got the 18-inch with the coated Barrel. Was able to pick up the upper and the lower for 650 plus shipping. I'm excited to see where this rifle goes with me.

    I'd suggest better glass and also when zeroing I suggest using the best possible ammo and doing 5 round groups. If it's all over the place then look into your rings. Cheap rings won't hold zero and will affect your poi greatly. If you're spending upwards of 1k on a rifle then it's a pretty good investment to spend 600-1k on glass.

    Try some match Grade ammo even if it's from AAC give the barrel a good clean after the 100rds and it should be closer to 1.25 moa.

    I’ve had great results with 175gr. Ammo. Both AAC 175gr Otm and federal gold medal match 175gr sierra shot under 1moa 5 shot groups consistently. I didn’t have good results with 150 or 168 gr. Ammo. I have the gen 3 upper on a sabre lower with the two stage black dlc trigger. That trigger is very impressive! I’m curious if it’s similar to the two stage in your lower. I also added a epsilon muzzle break. Its obnoxiously loud but reduced A TON of recoil. Definitely makes it seem easier to shoot tight groups. Cool video! Thanks

      You are the 2nd person that has said they had trouble with 150gr. I was shooting it again today from a Bog Death Grip tripod and prone on the ground with equally terrible results. I need to try other weights. I assume that the Saber and PA10 gen 3 have the same trigger.

      @@RuggedAdventures I’m very impressed with the trigger. So I tried the AAC sabre black tip 150 gr and it probably shot 3” or so at 100. One surprising exception was Hornandy White Tail 150 gr. I only had about 10 rounds to test but I shot two groups. One was about 3/4” and the other was less than .5”. It’s been interesting to try and find the best bang for the buck ammo lol. Btw i’m shooting off a bipod with rear bag and am by no means a great shooter. I’m curious to see your future results!

      I've had good luck with federal 150gr sp. Also likes the aac 150gr sp sub moa. The 150gr ball from aac and other m80 types shoot about 3 moa for me. Haven't tried eld match or anything, but aac 175 gr otm and the 168gr otm seem to shoot well.
      Where I had issues was ejection being more 2 oclock, so I replaced with heavier buffer (little improvement, adjustable gas block seems to do nothing). And swapped in one of their 2 stage triggers. My groups suck with same ammo now. Going to tear it down and inspect parts and ensure everything is looking ok. But not impressed with the trigger at all. Sure breaks nice, but occasionally on break (dryfire) I see the reticle jump left. Not sure if receivers having an issue but I'm not going to put any further money in to it atm until I can diagnose. But groups have opened up to about 2 moa for the soft points. Honestly, it shoots great for sub $800 ar-10, but I know it has shot better and can run better. But no issues with running since purchase.

    • @Rv_Music108
      @Rv_Music108 4 месяца назад +1

      @@matthewriegner5180 Interesting! I’ve been wanting to try the federal 150 sp. I had excellent results with Hornady White Tail 150g sp. Mine had quite a bit of wobble between the lower and upper receiver. (Sabre lower). I stuck a foam earplug in the lower behind the trigger to tighten it up but that shouldn’t affect accuracy. I haven’t fine tuned the gas block yet but they do come a bit over gassed from the factory. Mine is opened up twelve clicks currently so i’ll try to turn it down a few clicks. Hope you figure out the accuracy issue. Good luck

    Mine like a little heavier grain bullet, 168-175 did really well 1-1.5 inch group at 100 yards, i could only get 3 inch group with 150, but the barrel was new when i ran those, for the 650 bucks and the trigger it came with, iam happy

    I seen this rifle and the Sabre rifles shoot .4moa to 2.5moa depending ammunition with the same rifle same day. Some lighter weight ammunition shoots very badly compared to heavier match grade ammunition. Ill be shooting what ever my rifle shoots best at all times so i shoot the same and the rifle barrel gets the same usage, i believe shooting ammunition that isnt accurate can cause more wear on your barrel and groove it more to match that ammo, i want to practice the exact way i will be in a real situation, i am not going to get bad shots in my mind from lesser accurate ammo. Practice how you play is what my grand father used to say, he was a captain in the Marines and a head football coach for Kalamazoo college. What ever you do in practice will be built into your programming for the real thing. So what ever you practice for, do it in the same way you plan to in the real deal, give it your all. Thats why experience beats out practice, so make your practice as close to the real deal as you can, this goes for everything in life :)

    Everyone using any .308 from PSA got bad results in the lighter weight ammo, goes for all pa10s and Sabres of all lengths including the 20" m110s, they go from 2.5moa with crappy ammo and light weight to .4 moa with heavier match grade ammunition. The barrels they have are very picky with ammunition, they all seem to pick the same heavier match grade.

    From the reviews I have seen it's "combat accurate" which means hitting a man sized target consistently. One review got 1-1.5 MOA with match grade ammo. I don't think these guns are capable of sub MOA.

    I think the same thing that animal sucks in that gun. You need to try some other types of animal because that is the lower grade of that type of animal. They have a one step up from that ammo supposedly better but not sure never shot it, but I think it's the ammo I've seen other videos where that ammo did not do well. In that type of gun just saying😊
