Adcs get 1 shot when building tank, aatrox is tanky while building lethality
you are actually stupid: aatrox even with letality items is beefy and heals an immense amount by passive and with ulti even without sweetspots on q, so he builds lethality and is immortal while one shotting your team
an adc that build life steal is not even close to aatrox healing capability mid fight, and they are omega oneshottable and cant hit 3 people with an immense skillshot and heal off of those 3 people, they have a limited heal and they heal slowly in time by autoattak
