I've been on the "No Fap" journey for 3 years, got a few good streaks up over that time, multiple 70-80 days, just joined "PornReboot" online program, and only after 2 days I now know I will overcome this, the missing link I have had a cognition with is.....I haven't been putting in the work necessary to recover! I was just using discipline, setting big goals, but not sitting down and addressing the real issue. Day 3 here, starting to feel good again, keep up the great work man! cheers from Sydney!!!

Last month I have started to feel more and more secure and stabile in my self as a male, and the urges to masturbate and watch porn are smaller. I notice that other males are starting to respect me and woman are attracted to me in a totally new way. I can see how other males are suffering because they are addicted to porn and masturbation, and that they are slaves to their own shadows just like I have been for so many years. You are a living example of recovery and I thank you for sharing your wisdom and journey with us!

I've heard some people say that it works for them. As long as you can make your mind quiet and observe it without thinking, then you are in meditation. Personally, I meditate "traditionally". Seated, eyes closed and observing my mind in silence for the hour.
Jk during the 18 months of you reboot did you use facebook, youtube or social media in general to kill time! Can social media prevent healing and make the reboot longer?
