Among all the white, folky blues singers of the '60s, Tom Rush and Geoff Muldaur had the most credibility for me. They were naturally soulful, without trying to sound black. They sang in their own voices. Both were REALLY good from their first record. It's a blessing that both are still with us and still vital, accomplished players and singers.
