Nice property just one problem people with money like to live next to people who have the same, can’t see many millionaires racing to buy this property the views aren’t that great either.

Agreed with u.. and the car park is not covered.. nobody would like to keep their costly car (in thailand it comes with 230% import duty) in open.

Too much money spent on unnecessary tiling and marble or marble effect. A lot of bling and not much substance. I'd pass on this one.
