Thanks so much for your video! I have some trouble calculating the 95%CI because some of my values are 0. How could i work around this problem?

You can’t have zeros. You will need to collect more data.

Sorry, I want to ask, if the examination uses a positive sample and the data results are positive 1, 2, 3, and 4, can a sensitivity and method specificity test be performed? Thank you mam.

I am not sure I understand this question, are you talking about 1,2, 3, 4 in a 4x4 table?

@@ReneeLastrapes can you do procedure with 3x2 tables? Examples, there's scoring results from LEMON, the interpretation is divided into 3 categories. Easy to intubate, moderate to intubate, and difficult to intubate. The real result is succes or failure. Can we do this measurement? How to interpret the sensitivity and specificity? Or should i exclude the moderate and only put the easy and difficult then compared to the succes and failure?

@@adrianjvsbsn I don't think it is possible with 2x3 tables. At least I have never seen it and don't know how to do that. If you could collapse into easy and difficult this would work. Also, please like and subscribe to my channel ! :)

@@ReneeLastrapes Thank you for your kind reply, i already found out that we should start considered moderate or unable to evalute categoric in the diagnostic test. Here is the source of the journal that showed 3x2 table could be better because the current 2x2 'traditional' system seems to be overestimated.
