2 diferents bikes for diferents roads, 2 years ago i have a speed triple and my friend a gsxr k6, in autoban the gsxr have a better top speed but in a mountain with close roads the speed its more fun
i did not expect this difference either, thought it would be actually in favor of the triumph. The gsxr is 20 kgr lighter and the aerodynamics of it are much better with the fairings on the bike but can not be due to that alone. The triumph has much more torque (almost double) and about 10 more hp, agreed its on paper.. Would be nice to see their power curves on a dyno, but then of these 2 bikes specifically. nice video
power curvers perfect match paper tech spec 👌🏻 torque dosent work in racing simple 👌🏻 if instead of this triumph there be something with half its peak power and double its torque so like 220 nm and 60-70 hp the diffrences for gsxr 600 advanatage be only biger 👌🏻if ot would have let say 15 hp and 1000 nm than even mz etz 251 with 21 hp would smoked it in a drag race cos than it would have like 15 -17 sec to 100 km/h depend how much ups it would rewuired and how wode peak ot would have at perfect gearing in each power characterissitics 👌🏻 and topspeed of like 115 km/h in naked version vs mz251 is 11 sec to 100 km/h and 130 km/h top speed +/- 👌🏻power is true indicator of max performance at perfect gearing the more tprque the less power engine have the worse max accelerstion ot wpuld have at perfect gearing in regard to normal speed range stats like 0-100 100-200 km/ h asf 👌🏻 cos force at contact path at set speed dont depend from torque but from power level 👌🏻 1000 nm 10 hp at 100 km/h generate 10 times smaller contact path force than 10 nm 1000 hp at 100 km/h sory not 10 times but 100TIMES LOWER FORCE👌🏻 you open throtle to the max at 1000 nm 10 hp at 100 km/h while ypu want let say overtsking some vehicle and yea … nothing happen it barelly accelerate forward at all vs do the same in 10 nm 1000hp version assuming there be enough grip (for what road motorocycle tire even pirelli supercorsa whatever be not even close to enough 😉👌🏻) and this be fastest acceleration experienced on 99,99% be you in your life assuming itbe let say avg 200 kg naked bike 👌🏻 unless your daily job is to be crash test dummy cos from 1000 hp dosent matter at what torque level it can be even only 0,00001 nm at 100 km/h be generated 10 GForce assuming its power at wheel and you with bike weight lil less than 270 kg not including drsg with drag let say 9,5-9,8 G force whatever somwehere around this so 2 times more than dragsterr topfuell 👌🏻☕️
